I really hate cliches and flowery messages, so let me get to the point.
I started working at John Welch Enterprise in the Spring of 2013. I came in with over 20 years experience in the landscape industry, and felt very much at home since Day One. This was more to me than a job, it was, and continues to be my family.
Much to my surprise, in November, I was approached with a job offer I could not refuse. I would be changing industries and careers completely, which was frightening, but I knew in my heart this was the right decision for myself as well as my family. With a heavy heart, I went into John's office and resigned. He was nothing but supportive, and I could not have asked for a better send off. As a matter of fact, for the past four weeks, I have been working part time at night to help out until my replacement could be found and trained.
The good news is, WE DID IT! Julie Heberle started this week, and we could not be happier to have her! She comes to us with many years in the customer service industry, and an excitement to learn all about our business and our customers. I continue to come in at night to help out where I can until she is ready to fly solo, which should be in no time at all!
So please, join us in welcoming Julie aboard as our new Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Specialist. I am confident you all will be in good hands. I will miss you all, but I can guarantee this will be seamless for everyone one way or another!
